ABOUT

We exist to improve the quality of care for patients by making better use of the ideas and talents of more than 1 million front-line staff; making quality improvement easier to do and combining local successes to create system-wide impact.

PROJECTS

What makes collaborative QI unique is its focus on the delivery of QI projects. Collaborators will be able to vote on a project topic before choosing from 3 projects that collaborative QI team put forward. We will then design a project pack as a guide outlining how to run the project locally. A common data collection tool will allow national data collection and the ability to share real-time progress updates and learning during the project. Collaborative QI’s key objective is to deliver the first national collaborative QI project in the summer of 2016 as a proof of concept.
